Tradewinds Marine Group - a private company owned by the Philp family and headquartered in Suva, Fiji. TWM Ltd was registered in 1968 as a limited liability company. The Yacht Shop brand name which flies over five retails shops originated in 1976, the same year we took on the Hobie Cat dealership. Since then the chandlery has grown into a $4.6m per annum turnover business which leverages fantastic synergies with another family company producing fibreglass boats in Suva, and our two marina’s : Vuda (15 minutes from Nadi International Airport), & Copra Shed Marinain Savusavu (Fiji’s second biggest island and a major yachting tourism and real estate development centre for foreign nationals). We've also been operating gas stations in Fiji since 1972 and currently run four of them across the two big islands and city centres.
