Located in Korotogo on the Coral Coast of Viti Levu, Fiji's main Island, the studio looks out over the Pacific Ocean. Established in 2013 by professional glassblower Alice Hill and her husband Alex, the studio was planned to help fill a gap in the market for high quality Fijian made art for gifts & souvenirs. Originally aimed at Fiji's burgeoning tourist market, the studio has found that the local market, both private and corporate has become equally if not more important. As well as artistic pieces, Hot Glass also create awards, medals, jewellery and a range of other products. They also offer glassblowing experiences and short courses which are very popular. Hot Glass Fiji's work aims to reflect the nature and culture of the country, and have become widely collected, both locally and internationally.
